Hawke Media Celebrates 1st Annual Hawkefest Summit Success
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — At Hawke Media’s Hawkefest summit on Thursday, October 5, 2017, the brightest minds in ecommerce gathered together for a day of community, education and fun.
Hawkefest is the first event of its kind, providing a unique platform designed for ecommerce executives to come together and generate new ideas that further the success of the industry, while enjoying thrilling entertainment. “Our goal was to bring together the top minds in ecommerce for a day of community building, education and fun that they would never forget. The super exclusive one-day summit was held at a warehouse location in Downtown Los Angeles, and attracted over 140 of the best and brightest ecommerce executives that have been integral in the growth of successful companies.
Hawkefest was hosted by Lori Schwartz (Story-Tech) alongside Founder & CEO of Hawke Media, Erik Huberman. The day kicked off with a bang, a leadership session hosted by City Councilman Mike Bonin who Hawke was honored to have on board. An all-star speaker lineup of industry influencers followed: Adam Grablick (Soylent), Andres Izquieta (Five Four Club), Bryan Lalezarian (MeUndies), a Skype session with Miki Agrawal (Thinx), Rich Jun (Bam Ventures), Andy Mackensen and Sean Kelly (SnackNation), Frank Mastronuzzi (Xcellerate Financial), Xander Oxman (Winc), Matt McCall & Chris Thorne (Pritzker Group), Andrew Thomas (SkyBell), and Daniel Broukhim (FabFitFun).
