Genesys is hosting a CX17 conference in each hemisphere this year to accommodate the global audience for its Customer Experience Platform. These events will focus on exploring the importance of providing the «human touch» in an increasingly digital world. With nearly 70 sessions in Indianapolis and nearly 30 in Brussels, attendees will also explore emerging innovation in cloud, chatbots, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), customer journey management, hyper-personalization, predictive analytics, virtual reality and more.

Headline speakers at CX17 Indy include Genesys executives and customers presenting best practices in customer engagement across multiple industries, including insights from top executives from Cielo, Facebook, PayPal, Philips, and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
